All the contents of the website are duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations, as well as registered in the corresponding public registries.
Regardless of the purpose for which they are intended, the total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialisation requires in all cases prior written authorisation from the CONTROLLER. Access to the Services requires payment of fees as specified in your order or subscription agreement. All fees are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorise us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
We may change our fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of new fees.
Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), your personal data will be processed under the responsibility of AIWARDEN, S.L. For enterprise customers, we offer Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) compliant with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
You retain all rights to data you submit through the Services ("Your Data"). You grant us a licence to process Your Data solely to provide the Services. We do not use Your Data to train AI models.
This website has been reviewed and tested to function correctly. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the CONTROLLER does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or that force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances may occur that make access to the website impossible.
Service level commitments and support terms are specified in your subscription agreement or our standard SLA.
We warrant that the Services will perform materially as described in our documentation.
